Digital Download Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled. This policy applies to all digital items, including but not limited to:

  • PDF downloads

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we are unable to offer refunds once the download has been completed.
